Doesn't Let Me Download DayZ from DayZ commandeR?

Okay well Everytime i try to download DayZ via Commander it comes up with: Unable to connect to server System.Net.Sockets.then i can't make out the rest can you guys please help as i really want to start playing DayZ again

Hi there,

As a basic first step to troubleshooting, I should ask if your firewall is on? This could possibly be interrupting your connection with DayZCommander.

i had lost my cd key a while back i put my computer back to factory setting yesterday and re downloaded arma 2 and oa they now both work i just cant ever download dayz?
