New, Need help

I'm very new to DayZ/Arma2 I logged in on a different computed and played without sound for 10 minutes and decided it would be better to download it on a different computer, I log on and I'm lying down with an egg timer that wont move, Can anyone tell me a Fix or Come kill me :P.

I mean you could find someone to come and kill you, Try to glitch out the restart button, or just wait to starve

All Buttons are locked can't talk or anything Ingame and If i leave the Timer restarts, from what I've done so far seems like its going to take 2hrs+ to Wait.
