Can I buy arma 2 oa from bistudio and use arma 2 from steam?

Hello my fellow DayZers,

So I have a quick question, If I already have arma 2 on steam, and I buy arma 2 operation arrowhead from bistudio, will I still be able to play DayZ or not?
