If you asking for tent spawns... Why don't you just search for 'Tent' using the map you just linked?

cause it says everywhere im asking fi someone knows a place with a decent spawn rate

Here's the thing about loot spawns... No matter where the spawn point is, the item has the SAME chance of spawning. the ONLY instance where you have a 'better' chance of acquiring something is when there are MULTIPLE loot piles.

So, since Tents can spawn in almost any residential building, the best places to go (Places with the most loot piles) would be big cities with lots of Bars/Houses/Cabins.
