WestFG [Recruiting]

Recommended Posts

Well... here I am, back on the Clan/Group Recruitment section of the DayZ forums.

This time, though, I'm offering a bit of something else.

This time, I'm offering a gaming COMMUNITY.

Read ALL about it below!

About the Community

-Summary

WestFG, or WesternFront Gamers, is designed to be a gaming group where you can come in, see someone online, poke them, and happily skip away with eachother's arms on your shoulders and play the games you like together, no hassle.

-Activity

Every Friday, I ask the members of WestFG give up their souls for a few hours and sell them to the beast. We all get home from school, ditch our homework, choose a game and play together, wrecking everything we see. This is the time that we ALL come together at a scheduled time and the only event that is weekly and always happens. Other events will be scheduled a few days ahead of time.

We keep a close calender, and we have active admins and owners. Most of us are on just about every day, from about 4 to atleast 8:30 EST.

-Things You Should Know

There is simple logic, that if you apply to yourself, you will have a much better time in WestFG.

First rule: "No one is going to play with you." Assume that everyone is lost in their own little world, and you have to talk to them to get their attention. Don't expect to be asked randomly by someone else; if you want to play, ask them yourself.

Second rule: "If it has a 'Save' button, use it." If someone asks you to play and you're playing a game, save the game and leave it for later. Don't make them wait for you. It doesn't matter if you've almost beat Sephiroth in Kingdom Hearts (which I'm fairly certain isn't for PC anyway, but it doesn't matter, let's just assume this rule expands to all platforms), your bud is a-waitin' for ya and you wouldn't want them doing what you're doing now. Either accept invites within 5 minutes or don't be using Steam online. Simple.

Third rule: "Have a dictionary?" You are expected to use proper grammar when posting anything on the WestFG page or other members' pages. Take pride in your post, or I will brutally tear it apart and make fun of you for your lack of effort, and not even consider the suggestion, not to mention if you try to suggest it again, even properly, it will be ignored. That's if I feel like it. I may just ignore it alltogether since it'd be so much easier.

Those are the rules to succeed.
