Can't get FPS any higher than 8-10 in cities, and 13 out in the country

Acer Aspire 5755G

• Processor: Intel Core i7-2630QM
  
• Processor clock speed: 2GHz - Turboboost to 2.9
  
• Memory: 8.00GB
  
• NViDIA GeForce GT 540M

That is a laptop ?

Then it is understandable, the game needs cpu speed and a big graphics card, mobile graphics will just not run it well.

At the moment it's all changing around a bit as i try out different things, but usually it's every disabled/lowest, Video Memory on default, windowed and 100% All the things like anti aliasing and Post Processing are disabled. HDR is Normal and Shadows are Disabled.

Try Razer Game Booster, it helps kinda alot, but ur cpu gonna have like 90 celsias, so make sure u got an enough good cooler

Holy. Shit. Thank you so much. On the same server in the same spot, I now get around 15 at lowest to 24 FPS. I know it doesn't seem like much, but holy shit it makes a difference. Thank you, good sir.

dude i have a laptop with the same card as you and i run at 30-45fps :o

Shut down/restart, then go kill every process that you dont need to run!
