MY DAYZ 1.7.5.1 SERVER WON'T WORK

My DayZ 1.7.5.1 server won't work, I have no idea why. I rent through Survival Servers, at first I thought it was something on there end but I checked and other Survival Servers worked. I was running DayZ version 1.7.4.4 and Arma 100296. I then proceeded to unistall them both and install Arma 101480 and DayZ version 1.7.5.1. It wouldn't still work after this, it was stuck on 'Creating' for about a day then it changed to 'Playing' but when I tried to join it would get stuck on 'Waiting for character to create'. I then read about that Bliss isn't being used anymore and Reality was taking it's place, so I then uninstalled Bliss and installed Reality. It then changed back to 'Creating' I waited until today and it's still stuck on 'Creating' and when I go into the server it's 'Waiting for host' I have no idea what to do, I've sent emails to Survival Servers asking but with no response. I'm seriously getting over waiting, I'm nearly at the point of changing who I rent through, noone else has to wait days for a reply from the company they are renting from and I'm getting sick of it. Please will anyone help, I have no idea what else to do.
