Server joining and bags not working

Was constantly stuck on loading on joining a server for much of yesterday, after i press ok in the lobby of a server it seemed to be just before it loads the character ingame it freezes up on loading screen, then have to end process to quit. this is still happening randomly.

when i did join a server i also came across 2 different types of bags cant remember the server name but one bag was in a church(Alice pack) and the other in a barn on the west side of the map and couldnt interact with either of them this happened on 1.7.1 w/b93825

Current Version: 1.7.1.1 Beta 93825

I have been able to join both european and US servers only intermittantly(im in ireland)

Specs: GPU = nvidia GTX 570

CPU = Intel Quad Core @ 2.33 gHz

RAM = 4 Gb

OS = Win7
