Trouble switching from DayZ+ to DayZ

Recommended Posts

Hello DayZ Community,

got a little problem. I am quite new to the DayZ community and my friend told me to download the Day Z commander program to install DayZ, DayZ+, Arma and everything what I need.

I also bought Arma Combined Operations on Steam and I made sure that I ran it at least once from steam. (Before the installation)

I played a lot of Dayz+ now. But I wanted to play the regular normal DayZ but when I join a server it kicks me immediately before I can even enter the world. (BattleEye Scrip Restriction 40 , sometimes 44)

However, I can play on Dayz+ servers. But not on DayZ servers. What am I doing wrong?

I reinstalled Arma and Arma OA, reinstalled dayz and dayz+ on DayZ Commander. I also tried different servers.

Thanks in advance,

SeLpHy

I am not familiar with Dayz+ but i think that the Dayz+ files differ from the "default" dayz files.

To be able to play on regular servers again you have to deactivate the dayz+ files and activate the dayz files.

As i understand i think you do not even have the default dayz files.

In your directory you should have installed the dayz+ files in the correct folder for instance @dayzplus and you should have a separate folder with the vanilla dayz files for instance @dayz

Try downloading "play with Six" see what they say....

In DayzCommander make sure the path to your MOD folder is correct
