Day Z not installation problems

So I have been trying to install Day Z for a couple of days now. It should have been easy but a few things have somehow gone wrong. First there was a Battleye initialization problem, I fixed that. Now before Arma II OA comes up it says "Addon 'CA_CommunityConfigurationProject_E' requires addon 'CAStructures_E_HouseA" I don't know what this means and I have looked at YouTube for a solution and I can't find one. Any tips would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Also the base game Arma II works fine, I've played it without any errors. It may be Operation Arrowhead but I don't know.

you could try re installing the game and using dayz commander to install dayz and the latest patch. You also want to open arma 2 and arma 2 oa before installing dayz
