[FIX] Stuck in Unconscious/Hour glass bug

First off, could we please have this as a sticky till it gets fixed. So many people are having this problem.

For those of you that die and get stuck in an unconscious state(you died but load in with an hour glass that does not count down) you will need to get someone you know that you can contact out of the game to come shoot you as Voip/chat is disabled while in this state. Once you die you will be able to respawn. As of yet I dont know of any other fixes. If you know one, please post here. Admin/Dev input would be much appreciated.

This isn't a fix. If you have it in the wilderness or anywhere outside of an incredibly obvious spot with notable landmarks it will be completely nonviable. You might as well say logging in to a server for five hours is a fix as you will eventually die.
