Have Instance ID, but no welcome email with setup guide

Hi all,

Please can one of the team here sort this out for me,

I have my Instance ID for UK-518 (Got that on 03/11/2012)

BUT I still have no welcome email with the server setup guide.

I have seen lots of people mention this on these forums, but

I am still waiting for mine.

I have put several Support Tickets in (via support.dayzmod.com)

and have not had any replies to these either.

I know you guys are busy on the standalone, but please I think

I have waited long enough !
