MindSweeper 0 Posted February 5, 2013 So, this is my question.I've seen videos of DayZ where ppl get a bus or a car what ever... and the have an option on the scroll menu that says "Save", i'm assuming that's for wen they change to a different server, the car will be at the same place where it was on the last server, same goes with tents.Doesn't it work anymore? Cause I don't have that option!OR wasn't the "Save" option for that at all, and i'm being a total n00b? xDCause i had 2 tents with some nice stuff on them, and for some reason i can't connect to the server i'm used to play, and on any other server, the tents rn't there!Any ideas?! Also, you can't move them between servers, you can move you character and any carried gear but vehicles and tents are server specific. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

herrjon 478 Posted February 5, 2013 Yes, tents and vehicles are tied to that server. The save option was just an old mechanic to save the gear and location of your stuff, but now that save automatically whenever you add/remove gear and enter/leave the vehicle.
