server update to taviana 2.0/other script questions.

Hello fellow gamers! Me and a friend recently bought a server, - we are currently running the 1.7(something) taviana, and we noticed other servers are running 2.0? HOW do we update this correctly?? we do have access to ALL files currently, so we should be able to do this very easy, but we just don't know where to find answers to this question. :)

also - we are looking for script help. Such as, *Removeable vehicle parts - *changing loot table - *Changing the spawned vehicles.

Any help with the following topics would be VERY much appreciated!
