fps drops every 3-5 min help!!!!!

i can run dayz with almost all settings maxed(i have lowerd all setting to max and low no diferance) but when i join a server and start runing i get fps drop form like 50fps to 3-5 fps and this only last for like 4 maby 5 seconds it stopes then starts like a patern 3 min. never used to be a problem a few months ago can some please tell me if there is a fix. also i can run arma2 fine with no lag all settings maxed

specs:intel core quad cpu 2.40Ghz

nividiaGeForce GTS 450

6gb of ram

not sure what else is needed
