L85A2 AWS?? (isnt this removed?)

Hiked past Stary Sobor yesterday, hunting something to drink, but didnt want to enter the town so ran under some distance from it... I had my night vision on and spotted some zombies around the town. I mostly leave others players alone, but as i was in much need of a drink i decided to take him out. Got down on the ground under some bushes and equipped my DMR. (love this thing purely for the ability to scout with night vision), Saw him move out of a building and pause and look around. Took my shot and another and down he went... Waited 8.10 min to check if he had any friends, but my drink icon started to blink so i had ti risk it. Crawled myself out to his body and oh oh oh... Coyote backpack, and in it an L85A2 AWS and an M4! AND SOMETHING TO DRINK!(at the moment this seemed more important than anything... as my backpack was nearly empty i switched it and took his gun (m9sd) and ammo..... But later i got to thinking..... Is'nt the L85A2 AWS been removed from the game? The reason i'm asking is that i dont know when it was removed as i only started just before christmas. So do i have to dump it? And the other weapons as they are most likely spawned to?

Just a relatively new player wondering if i can be banned for this.. :)

Hope my english isnt to hard to read trough, since its not my first language, and its been 20 hours without sleep.

Yeah, the L85 AWS has been removed from the loot table, but some of us still have them from before. ;)

You can keep it, you won't be banned.

Yeah :) I find it pretty useless, so I'm going to give it to a friend so he can spot ppl far away (hes a noob so great help at the start so he wont be taken down by snipers) And didn't want him to get banned for something i gave him :)

NAH MAN!! lol, that was a guy from my crew.

He got that from an admin, because we waxed some combat-loggers for the benefit of the server.

He`d be looking for that again you know :)

BTW. That was the passworded UK-server that I won`t mention the name of, but yeah.

You`d be interested in trading that for something? I`d love his face if I walked into camp with that gun for him.

Nah not interested in trade ftm. Have ha chopper, atv, offroad pickup and an motorcycle stashed around the map at my camps.. maybe inn a couple of days.. Nah i wasnt on a password protected server, was a DE20 something. :P so maybe someone else...

Just killed another dude at the NW airfield(this is fun.. will try not to become a bandit) and hit him in the head chest.... and he insta despawned... Is this a common occurrence?

Yes, combat loggers (AKA, targets for bans) are quite common. They do it to spite you because you killed them and they are exploiting the game to do so.

Report them to the admin so they don't ruin other players games too.

Odd, I had oldy L85 AWS (returning to Chernarus after few months of Namalsk) but it just bugged the main weapon slot - I could see the amount ammo for this gun and fire modes by pressing F, however character hold secondary weapon in its hand and I wasn't able to change weapon, nor shoot my guns. Only after "rearming" secondary weapon in the gear menu I managed to change secondary weapon to my hands. L85 was invisible in the gear menu, and it didnt allow me to "drop" it even though "drop" option was visible. I tried several EU and US servers and all had this issue so it wasn't server related.

Luckily weapon change succeeded without troubles by picking up a new gun.

I found one in a truck. I use it all the time when my and my friend go out just to kill the zeds. But I really prefer my m4 sd cco. or anything with a normal scope.
