No Gunshot Sound

I have seen many topics about this but no solutions other than reinstalling (which doesn't work). I have no issues except for a server my clan plays on and the rest of them have no issues at all. I can hear the rounds hitting objects but not the gunshots themselves.

To save yourselves some time, no, they are no silenced, and no I was not low in blood, and yes, my drivers are all up to date.

I have moved to a difference town since, had windows 7 and 8 on my computer installed multiple times each and arma reinstalled as well. It's only recurring on this single server.

Any suggestions are welcome!

MMmhhh, you have setup a 5.1 system speakers and you play with your headphone.

I only have 2.1 speakers and my headset. And it still wouldn't necessarily account for it only being on that particular server I dont think
