How can I place custom buildings in my Taviana map?

Hi everyone, I am wanting to place custom buildings in my dayz Taviana server, I can't find the map to edit on singleplayer so what do I do? Thanks in advance.

All servers are different, is it running a bliss database, etc?.

If it is an DayZ.ST server ask them.
