Masi_23 3 Posted June 18, 2012 So 1.7.1 and 1.7.1.1 hotfixed installed.I join a server and after loading, all i see is a wide featureless grassland... and a number of dead bodies laying around me. Oh, and a few live ones that's just standing/crouching/laying still. All bodies can be looted btw.Chatbox is active with live players and i hear a few gunshots from time to time. I entered 3 other servers and still the same. So i thought, what the heck, just respawn and start over, might fix it. I click respawn - and literally, i spawn 5 seconds later on the same spot with all my gear still in tact.What's going on? I redid the Mod install (Copy/Paste). Still the same. What should i do? lazermatt 3 Posted June 18, 2012 Me and a friend spawned there a few days ago. You're at the very Northwest corner of the map. We found out after zooming the whole way out on the map and setting a waypoint. Its roughly 27000m away from civilization and we spent a good hour at least trying to run back. We made it eventually, after logging out half way and getting sent back to where we started when we logged back in. Took 2-3 drink/food breaks also to avoid bleeding to death.All I can say if you plan on running like we did, good luck. Try not to log out if you can so you dont get sent back to the start (I managed to log out around 7000m away to reset my thirst/hunger without being put back to the start but I may have got lucky). Gizz 0 Posted June 18, 2012 Leave the server.Do a filter search for 'canada 2'.Join that server. It will spawn you in the debug forest (the debug forest is much closer to the world map than the wilderness area). Run east for 2-3 minutes and you'll be back in civilzation.
