I wasn't able to get a name while fleeing for my life, but I shot a ghillie sniper twice in the chest with an M24 within about 60 seconds and he did not die. It was south of the NWAF. He and his buddy were chasing me down after shooting my partner off our motorbike.

If an admin is around right now, check the server logs for Fur Diaper's death. My gunshots should be shortly thereafter.
