Cant log in. it says "bad version server rejected connection"

hi guys,

as it says in the topic i cant get to ANY server because of that reason ...

- i have installed Arma 2 on steam

- i use the DayZ Commander

- dayz commander says anything is up to date

i have no clue whats wrong, maybe one of u guys

so please give me some advise =)

Please pardon the stupid questions:

Do you also have both the Arma2 expansion "Operation Arrowhead", and dayz installed?

First thing to also check in Dayz Commander:

Under Settings > Steam options, did you check the box next to "Replace original Arma2OA files with Beta so Steam Works"

What game versions do you see listed? Hover mouse over the "version" column by a server, mine are Arma = 100544 (top line), Dayz = 1.7.4.4

I get this same issue but im not running steam... I have beta checked... it doesnt do it to all server just a lot of them my version is 100697 is that too high?

I htink my problem is SIX or 6 or whatever its called...no matter what I do the mod stays ad 100697 (even though Ive manualy updated it) Im gonna try DayZ comander and see if thats better
