Can Helo Crash Sites Spawn Antibiotics?

I am heavily geared out and have recently contracted the "cough". I understand I need antibiotics but would like to avoid Berezino Chern and Elektro (where all the main hospitals are). Does anyone know if helo crash sites can spawn antibiotics? Or, is there anywhere else to get antibiotics other than the hospital?

Any help would appreciated.

I believe they spawn the medical boxes there, I recently got the cough from a zombie hitting me, which I understand is very rare. I ran all the way back to the coast to search the hospitals for antibiotics. Still haven't found any.

Never found antibiotics at a helo crash. Found them at barracks, deerstands, and hospitals.

Try loot cycling a hospital, don't forget to toss the spawns on the roof (ladder on the backside by the dumpster).

My last episode with TB, was fixed with one cycle of loot at Berezino hospital, hopefully, you'll be as lucky.

Yes, there is a small chance to find antibiotics at helo crash sites.

But your best bet is looking through all hospitals (including the mash tents and medical tents) because antibiotics are quite rare.

If you fear death then maybe have a friend search these locations for you?

And as a last resort, sucker someone into giving you some. But that is IMHO worse than looking for them yourself.

Find an empty server and look...
