DayZ Beta.cmd problem

I try to delete the "-window" thing and then saving but when ever i accept to replace, it says Access denide, what should i do? And when ever i try to join a server, is says i need to delete the listed items because they are not the right key or something like that, should i just follow that and delete the listed files, or then it says update so the keys are accepted. something like but if you had the same problems and know how to fix please reply!

Run everything as an administrator.. steam, the beta.cmd... assuming you are an administrator on your computer.
