Food/Drink Not spawning in loot (1.7.1)

What happened:

After checking multiple cities on multiple servers I've come to the conclusion that no food or drinks are spawning in loot (I did have a report that sodas are available on zeds). Weapons seem to be spawning at a increased rate, as is equipment (watches matchs, maps, compass, also I've found quite a bit of wire and tank traps)

*Current installed version: 1.7.1.1

*Server(s) you were on: European servers (too many to remember)

*Your system specs: AMD FX 8 core @ 3.1 ghz, 8gb ddr3 1033, 1gb Radeon HD 5750.

*Timeline of events before/after error: Beofre the hotfix loot spawned fine, after the hotfix I noticed loot in general was acting funky, and proceded to test it by checking multiple houses, supermarkets and tents.
