Blood Bag bug

Hello, not sure if a bug or some form of evil sorcery of my game's part.

I just tried doing a blood transfusion on a friend on DayZ Zombie RPG - DE7 server and I did now have the option to transfuse blood(blood bag was in my inventory).

I believe that either

a) blood bags might be bugged after 1.7.1.1 or

b) you can't give blood transfusion to somebody who is wearing a ghillie suit

Can somebody confirm ever having this problem?
