Repair Truck and Fuel Truck on Taviana.com (usage of)

Is the use of Repair and Refuel trucks limited to 1 use every x minutes ? That's how it works for me, I can only use my 2 trucks 1 time each before the mouse option no longer appears.

Also, does the Repair Truck work on helicopters ? I've never got it to work.

it does work on helis and i dont think you dont have to wait between refueling vehicles but you can only do one at once i believe.
