Do they respawn loot or once hit are they emptied until server restart

Its spawning zombies but i couldn't find any loots inside or beside it.

We had loot on the one that was found but upon approaching Zombie spawn seemed to flush it out.

Found three today, all of which had loot - very limited loot that is. Scoped out the wreck and the surroundings before moving in to actually see where the items are, found:

Chemlights,

Some ammo - not even DMR mags,

1xAKM + 3 Clips,

Emtpy Cans.

Fantastic! No, wait... Not going to look for those again in the future.

Found a helicopter with epi pen, a morphine injector, and a Saw 249. :D never used one for dayz before but its rather evil with its rate of fire on masses of zombies... love using stanag mag finds to fill up the ammo box on it as well :D

Found a heli yesterday with loot outside of the chopper(cant remember if this was b4 or after i DLd the 1.7.1 build), the chopper itself was not enterable and the muzzle flash was frozen.

There where about 6-8 zombies, respawning relatively quick.

The loot outside was(after my memory):

Some variant of an AK with 3mags

Ammo box with Stanag and M24 ammo

chemlights

medical supplies.

Its ofcourse possible that some of this was left behind from someone who where there b4 me.

Just found a fal with night vision scope on the ground near one :D ..yeah I'll be checking every heli crash I see again lol. The crazy thing is, about a week ago I found the fal with nv scope in a tent at the stary military outpost.. I couldn't believe my luck.. I put it in my pack and ran out of the tent and was promptly sniped and killed. Thought id never find one again but I guess I got lucky :)
