Need some help with custom vehicles / weapon spawns with a Chernarus DayZ.st private hive.

Howdy. I am currently running a private hive Chernarus server hosted by Dayz.st. I have searched the internet and figured out some of the database stuff but am still having trouble figuring out if it is even possible to add things like Humvees, Vodniks etc. Same for adding weapons from Namalsk. I have seen private hive Chernarus servers with things like these and my research has failed to figure out how it is done. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
