Gotcha Anti-Hack new debug message?

I'm making another thread over here, seems to be more related to here.

Look at the top right side. It's a public hive server, and the admin say it's part of the Gotcha Anti Hack. Are they being right? Is that legit?

We've got the last Gotcha on our server, and I've never seen this before.

I can verify that this is definitely NOT coming from the real Gotcha Anti-hack. What server was this on if I may ask?

I have seen this on ours also, UK410

To me it looks a lot like a Monky Monitor edit, i joined my server say 7pm, no trouble, joined it about 2hrs later and a pop up appears control: 00000000000000 etc. and the 'Gotcha AntHack' is there.

We are running the most up to date gotcha, and to anyone that will listen ITS a Rcon piece of software running a client, it cannot place anything on the screen, its a log reader.
