How to fix Packet loss?

I finally found out why my game doesn't work and why I get the "Battleye: Client is not responding", and now I run a pingtest and if the Packet loss is 0% and the ping is good I can play. I never had issues with packets being lost before, how do I fix this sudden issue? I have contacted my ISP and it was a giant waste of time because they said they couldn't do anything. So how do I fix this?
