Tried to change to 24/7 daylight now my server won't get past a loading screen, even after I set it back to normal

I purchased a server from Survival servers like 3-4 days ago, we went in to change custom loadouts and it worked out fine, it still loaded then when we went to change to 24/7 daylight, it wouldn't get past the loading screen. We went back into change it back, and it still doesn't work. We contacted Survival Servers and they emailed us back saying what's our username and password, we sent it to them then we haven't got anything back for 2-3 days now. It's driving me insane, we purchased a server and we can't even use and Survival Servers isn't emailing us back. Can anyone please help?

Your server host needed the username and password to get in to the server you're renting from them?

Can you reset the server completely?
