Can't figure it out? help please

Hello i really need help. before I bought arma i checked on caniruntit if i could run the game. it was in the middle of min en max so that would mean that i could play it. but when i play i have everything on low, the things disabeld that i can. but still my pc freaks out, weird white spots all over the game or other strange things. it wont run, what do i have to do?

White spots? Im not a expert but i would say it maybe had something to do with the graphics card. Or something like that. Try this
