Tactical bandit hunter

Hey guys i'm looking for a tactical teammate or 2 to help me to hunt bandits, I would prefer it if you were from the UK, at least a bit of experience on DayZ and to be 18+, I cannot play everyday because of work but I do try to come on every other day, I generally work evenings and nights too so it will more likely be for morning or afternoon gaming.

I generally try to avoid survivors too or attempt to help them but if they don't put their gun down after several commands or aim at me I kill them for not co operating. I have skype and teamspeak too so let me know if you fit in with this description.

If you stick around for standalone give me a shout, I am starting a new squad in prep for standalone. I also have a job that prevents me from playing on weekends and evenings. I try to play in the afternoon and at night. The squad is 18+, and is based around helping newer players and hunting bandits.
