Sever problems

Well this is the first time I had this problem when I try to join a server I've been playing for the past month I get a msg that says

"cannot play/edit this mission it is dependent on content that has been deleted...rmod" or something along the lines(its a little longer)

not sure what that means I've never deleted anything from the Arma or Dayz directory.

Any help will be welcomed thanks.

Well it seems your favorite server is now using the RMod for Dayz, you just have to download it from somewhere and you are all ok again :)

thats odd it says I have the Rmod already installed? not sure why it says I need it
