Can you check what the server time is without connecting to the server?

Sometimes I prefer to play day or night, but not always when my timezone is day or night. I know you can see what country hosts the server and get an idea if it might be day or night on that server, but is there a way to check the server time before connecting?

Some severs will display their time zone (whether it be their actual local time or a server time shift) in the server name. Usually displayed in GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) or UTC (Universal Time) + or - hours.
