Gang of military zeds spawning in barracks

In the second or third room of the barracks, around 5 or 6 military zeds are spawning, waiting to pounce when you enter. I have seen this on two recently reset servers, where all doors in the barracks were shut (suggesting no-one had entered yet).

When approaching the room, the zeds attack the player or walk outside. I was attacked and died due to knock out (my blood was too low due to the blood replenishment bug).

These zeds all being in the same room...I think we can work out how they transmitted their infection.
