Need a server admin to help me out

Need a server admin to help me out, upon updating my mod i saw spawned in the debug plains when i tried joining a server and now i belive to be stuck there, i have very little food or water and im wondering if there is any admins that could help me out by teleporting me back onto the map if that is at all possible.
