i think there should be a one click easy install button because ive been having alot of issues installing this mod and i cant get past them the only issue i have right now is the infamous "deleted.chenarus" message and idk how to get past it any help would be appreciated :)

I've installed many games, modified many files, and I have been trying to install this game for 12+ hours and 2 days. I have followed every set of instructions and advice and it doesnt work for me. I also took honors classes and graduated at the top of my class. Hrmmm PARADOX

it's quite simple

dl and extract files found at dayzmod.com/downloads into a folder in ARMAIIOA's folder called @DayZ

dl and install the arma ii beta

find the file called '_runARMAIIOA_beta' (iirc, might be different)

edit it in notepad

on the line below 'call' add

-addons=@DayZ and -cpucount=[insert number of cores]

I also add

-nosplash and -world=empty

Literally going on my 14th hour or so trying to install this. I must be missing something blatantly obvious because I've done that, along with every other set of instructions on this forum

yes, i just didnt respond because its such obvious advice. As I said before, I have literally tried every instructions and every bit of advice on this forum. Multiple times I might add. Im getting kicked from every server.

if you have steam right click on operation arrowhead and "launch combined operations". good luck

I don't have steam, but I am launching combined operations. "arma 2, beta, expansion, @dayz" all appear in the top right corner, version 1.60.93825 appears in the bottom right, both arma 2 and arma 2 operation arrowhead icons show, so I believe my install was correct all along? When I connect to a server, I still get kicked...banned in some cases.
