Falling unconscious and dying for no reason

Date/Time: Around 10:00 pm Eastern time on 6-17-12

What Happened: I was looting some buildings with a guy I teamed up with in Balota (the buildings were in Cherno) and I became unconscious with the hourglass icon, also losing half of my blood. As soon as the hourglass went away, I fell unconscious again, this time with my blood dropping to 2000. The guy (his username was Terry, I think) used an epinephrine on me and as soon as I was revived I fell down a 3rd time and died.

Where you where: Inside the stairwell of the apartments in western cherno

What you were doing: Looting the apartments and walking down the stairs

Current Version: 1.7.1.1

Timeline Of Events Before and After: We met up near the Balota airfield and moved east into cherno. He found his body and took his old items back. We were attacked by zombies out in the street by the apartments and hospital and he accidentally shot me. He gave me a bandage and a transfusion. We then took blood packs from the hospital and moved into the apartments where I died.

I think I may have taken fall damage but I don't know why I was damaged further after I got up.
