I ran to the vehicle opened the vehicle to see the items in the screenshot, but problem is that is not what was left in vehicle and anyone who looks in it see the stuff that was originally in the vehicle

Problem is that some of the stuff in the vehicle is not in dayz to my knowledge and would like to know whats going on so i don't get a ban
