Adding new crash sites/vehicle limits Namalsk?

I'm trying to add another C-130 crash site into Namalsk to add a little more focal points in my server, is there anyway I can go about doing this?

Also, I wanted to know if there was a limit to the amount of vehicles you can have in the map. Whether it by vehicle types and/or just amount in the map.
