Is there a way to change the UI scale?

I'm currently running the game in 5916x1080 Eyefinity mode and would really love to be able to get my UI back in the center screen. I know other Eyefinity games have a simple UI scaling option that will do that but I can't seem to find anything that allows me to do this in DayZ. Anybody know of a way to accomplish this?

in settings

change Interface size to large

edit: i reread ur post, and now im not sure if what i suggest is really what ure asking for

but thats all i got :)
