Thunder dome and potential prevention?

I've had nothing but thunder dome users on my server for the last 3 days. Whenever the server peaks, it's usually ruined by them. I'm running BE and Gotcha, and hosting with DayZ.st. Is there anyway of preventing these types of hacks or injections into the server? I've heard of scripts to combat against it, but nothing else. I've had to password the server in the meanwhile, sadly.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated. (inb4 welcome to dayz, etc).
