Fireplace not working?

Hi,

Today was the first time I managed to acquire a knife, hatchet and matches. I went and found a sheep and then tried to make a fireplace.

It said I had made one but there wasn't anything there. I even found a very flat piece of land with a tent on it and it didn't work there either.

I get a message that I had successfully made a fireplace but it never works. Is this a bug any ideas?

Works fine for me. It usually comes directly under you, try to step back 2 steps and see if you can find it.

Sheep aren't very flammable, try using wood.

Yes you need wood, but the fireplace comes under you, then you must step back and light it, using mouse wheel on it.

Then throw some wood on it or you can just cook ur meet in like 1second lol.

I had wood...

I stepped back but there wasn't anything there. I tried scrolling as I looked around but there definitely wasn't anything there.

Might have been some sort of server bug?
