Looking for Pure Vanilla Whitelist Server, preferably US

Looking for a whitelist server that is COMPLETELY vanilla (no starting loadouts, care packages, extra vehicles, loot alterations, etc.), though anti-cheat is fine. Preferably US, any difficulty but expert and recruit would be appreciated.

I've been playing Balota Buddies, and they're goid, but not vanilla enough for my tastes.

i think CA#1 Is alright and it is whitelist and everyone uses mic its ip is 50.23.65.14:3017

Depends on how many and their starting condition Levothian, and I'll check put the CA one right now. Keep the servers coming.
