What?

7. Do not shoot at players who just loged in!

How do you know if someone just logged in? (aside from people popping up in front of you, which you should shoot in case it's a hacker imho).

Just host the game the way it was meant to be played. Nobody wants to be subjected to ridiculous rules, but again, it is your server.
