DireMickey 2 Posted January 15, 2013 hey, i've never played Day Z before becuase I was'nt sure what sort of graphics I need, at the moment my graphics card can run battlefeild 3 on medium level graphics, with this, would I be able to run Day Z, and if so, how high would I be able to run the graphics at?Also, what amount of ram would be suffiecent? 4L4N 276 Posted January 15, 2013 (edited) Graphics card should be fine.4GB+ of Ram would be best.DayZ is quite CPU intensive, I highly reccommend a quad core or more CPU.As for how high you can run the graphics at, stuff like shadows and AA will eat your grahics card. Textures and AF etc can be run quite high assuming you have 1GB of Ram on the graphics card. Other than that just try meduim settings to start with.
