Help with making custom command

Hey everyone,

I want to create a custom "command" for use on my server.

Basically I want any player on the server to be able to call a list of information whenever they choose.

Whether this is through a command ("#list") or a clickable button is not relevant but I would like information to be displayed on the screen in some fashion.

Is this at all possible? Or is it beyond DayZ to be able to do this?
