Server Power?

How powerful a computer would I need to run a standard 50 player public server nice and smoothly? In terms of specs such as graphics, processor power ram and storage. Thanks in advance :)

Here in Argentina a guy ran a 20-30 people server (with a little bit of lag) with a internet connection of 10Mb and a medium/high end laptop, so I think that a full-populated MOD server needs a high spec PC with Intel i7, 8Gb of ram and a good internet connection / SSD hard drive for the constant data swapping and stability of the lag that creates a 24/7 full server.
