You mean why do they do it?

They advertise a fake website that sells hacks or something but is actually a CD key stealer I've heard people say.

I have only luckily experienced this once, and logged out straight away thinking I was about to get banned or something because a debug monitor appeared with 'TK Hacks' in the corner.
